Street Style Inspiration of the Day

How delicate does this street style subject look. I can't decide whether it's the pony tail which perfectly contrasts with the architectural edges of the outfit or the way there is nothing to draw your attention away from the straight line the design makes down her slight frame. It's all so demure. The pleating isn't something we see every day anymore but it's at once regal and dressy and still looks decent enough to wear on New York's city streets.
