Street Style Inspiration From Couture

I love Fashion Weeks because despite the excitement of seeing what is on the runway, I'm more enamored with what you find on the streets. Right now a slew of editors have flocked to Paris for Couture Week and this shot of an editor bundled up in her best has reminded me of how to combat the Winter blues the best way I know how. We all grab for a black or navy or even charcoal blazer when the temps drop--it's what we know. But a dark print looks even fresher. If you're going to have an allover print, try a cinched hem, a peplum detail, or adding a belt at the waist to keep the proportions of your body clean and not lose your shape altogether.
